Victoria White
With over 25 years’ experience in education, Vicky is a highly experienced SEND practitioner, former SENDCo and Assistant Headteacher, with a strong focus on inclusion, safeguarding and neurodiversity. She has worked across mainstream secondary, PRU and specialist SEMH settings.
Vicky began her career as a PE teacher before moving into pastoral and SEND leadership roles, where her commitment to understanding and supporting children as individuals became the foundation of her work. She holds the NASENCO qualification and a PGCert in SEND and has led SEND provision across a range of settings. This has included overseeing EHCP processes, developing inclusive whole-school systems, delivering staff training, and supporting schools to better meet the needs of learners who may otherwise struggle to be heard or understood.
She has also been an active member of school safeguarding teams, working closely with Designated Safeguarding Leads to ensure children and young people are supported, safe and appropriately understood within their school environment.
Alongside this, Vicky is Level 7 qualified in Exam Access Arrangements, enabling her to assess and process arrangements that ensure fairness and appropriate support in examinations.
Her specialist training in neurodiversity includes ADHD and autism assessment qualifications, including the DIVA, DIVA-5, ADI-R and ADOS-2. This allows her to provide ADHD and autism screening and diagnostic assessment services, helping families gain clarity, reduce uncertainty, and better understand their child’s needs, alongside clear, practical recommendations for next steps.
Vicky offers SEND advocacy, mentoring for children and young people, and educational consultancy for families and schools.
