- Audit of implementation of Inclusion / SEND provision identifying strengths and areas for further development
Written Action Plan to provide development and improvement priorities and suggested approaches
Half day on site visit (after 6 -12 weeks) to monitor progress and suggest further/alternative development

Written Action Plan to provide development and improvement priorities and suggested approaches 3 x virtual training and mentoring sessions for key staff on targeted and bespoke strategies for SEND students
Comprehensive Solutions Package
1 day on site visit to include:
- Audit of school Inclusion/SEND policy and strategic Action Plan documentation
- Audit of implementation of Inclusion / SEND provision identifying strengths and areas for further development
Written Action Plan to provide development and improvement priorities and suggested approaches 3 x virtual training and mentoring sessions for key staff on targeted and bespoke strategies for SEND students Direct work with up to three identified students and families to complete holistic assessments to identify and support barriers to attendance. 1 x whole school or departmental two hour bespoke face to face training session to support identified areas of staff development
