Written Action Plan to provide development and improvement priorities and suggested approaches 4-6 x virtual training and mentoring sessions for key staff on targeted and bespoke strategies for SA and PA students Half day on site visit (after 6 -12 weeks) to monitor progress and suggest further/alternative development
