SEND advocacy and specialist guidance and support for all.

At Childhood Matters, we always encourage individuals and families to access free information, advice and support services wherever possible and appropriate.

We offer a range of support services designed to promote wellbeing, strengthen self-understanding, build confidence and help individuals navigate the opportunities and challenges they may face at different stages of life.

Our face-to-face provision is built around connection, trust and individual need, giving children and young people the dedicated time, space and support to engage, build confidence and make meaningful progress.

Our live online packages offer a relational, individualised and trauma-informed approach for students who engage best remotely, or for whom face-to-face provision is not currently the right fit. Please note that all our packages are open to continuation based on progress, next steps and need.

Attendance is never just about presence in school — it is about connection, belonging and understanding what sits behind a young person’s ability to engage.

Inclusive practice is most effective when it is embedded across whole-school culture, systems and daily experience.

Our Safeguarding Solutions Package supports schools to take a robust, reflective and supportive review of their safeguarding systems

For children and young people aged 5 – 19

A detailed, strengths-based understanding of dyslexia traits, not just a score.

ADHD can affect attention, organisation, emotional regulation, activity levels and executive functioning. For many individuals, understanding ADHD can bring clarity to challenges that have been present for years.

For some children and young people, questions relate more specifically to learning, cognition, processing, memory or educational progress.
