What Could a Training Day Look Like?

Our training days can bring together keynote presentations, interactive workshops and opportunities for discussion and reflection — creating a programme shaped around the needs, priorities and context of your organisation. Here’s an example of a full-day programme led by Sandra Tibbles and Dr Martin Bloomfield, combining expertise in neurodiversity, inclusion, education, ethics and organisational culture

Brave New World or Future Shock? Neurodiversity & Educational Equity in the Age of AI

Opening Keynote

Dr Martin Bloomfield

AI is transforming education and creating exciting possibilities for neurodivergent learners — but it also raises important questions about equity, autonomy, ethics and belonging. In this thought-provoking and interactive keynote, Martin explores the intersection of AI, ethics, neurodiversity and education. Delegates are challenged to consider not only what technology can do, but what it should do, leaving with fresh perspectives and practical ideas for creating more equitable classrooms in an increasingly digital world.

From Support to Belonging: Rethinking Inclusive Education

Second Keynote

Sandra Tibbles

What if inclusion was less about providing support for particular learners and more about creating environments in which everyone can belong? Drawing on experience across mainstream and specialist education, Sandra explores how we can move beyond traditional models of SEND support towards a person-centred approach that recognises strengths, understands barriers and maintains high expectations for every learner. Delegates are invited to rethink successful inclusion — moving beyond simply helping children and young people access education towards creating communities in which every learner can participate, contribute, achieve and flourish.

Interactive Workshops

Following the keynotes, delegates can take the ideas further through practical, interactive workshops. Sessions can be selected and adapted according to the audience and desired outcomes.
