Alex has over 30 years of experience in the special education sector. As a teacher he taught a diverse range of students of all ages, including students with profound and multiple, severe and moderate learning difficulties, students with ASD.
In 2021 Alex gained a Masters in Schools Based Leadership and Management, and has worked as an assistant headteacher with a variety of duties including development of specialised curriculums, organising and developing EHCP processes, and responsibilities for wellbeing, training and behaviour. Alex is a TeamTeach Intermediate Tutor and has been behaviour lead at various schools.
Alex has a strong marketing, website and photography skillset and has extensive knowledge of using ICT to develop school organisational systems, assessment practices and collaboration.
Alex is a musician and applies his creative skills to website design, systems trouble-shooting and document design.
